Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the CareSi waiting list signup page, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the waiting list. CareSi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Use of the Service

The CareSi waiting list is provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information when signing up
• Not provide information of others without their permission
• Use the service only for its intended purpose—to receive updates about CareSi
• Not attempt to access, hack, or interfere with the waiting list system
• Not use automated systems or bots to sign up multiple times
• Not use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes

3. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use the CareSi waiting list. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. CareSi does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years old.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property related to CareSi—including but not limited to the product name, logo, design, text, graphics, and information about the product—are owned by CareSi or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute CareSi content without permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from CareSi materials
• Use CareSi's name, logo, or branding for any unauthorized purpose
• Claim ownership of or attempt to commercialize CareSi's intellectual property

Unauthorized use of CareSi's intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareSi provides the waiting list "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CareSi shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the waiting list
• Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access (except as required by law)
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues
• Any third-party actions or service failures (including Google Forms, Gmail, or email delivery issues)
• Loss of revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated profits

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the waiting list is to discontinue your use of it. CareSi's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the value of any payments made by you (if any).

6. No Warranty

CareSi makes no warranty that:

• The waiting list will meet your expectations
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• Information provided will be completely accurate or timely

Use of the waiting list is entirely at your own risk.

7. Data Security and Third Parties

Your information is stored through Google Forms and processed via Gmail. While CareSi takes reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By signing up, you acknowledge that:

• Data transmission over the internet is not completely secure
• Third-party services (Google Forms, Gmail) have their own privacy and security policies
• CareSi is not responsible for third-party breaches or failures

8. Changes to the Service

CareSi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the waiting list at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to:

• Change the signup requirements or information collected
• Modify communication frequency or content
• Cancel the waiting list entirely
• Delete stored information in accordance with the Privacy Policy

If the waiting list is terminated, we will notify users via email if possible.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening language toward CareSi or its team
• Spam or unsolicited advertising
• Phishing, malware distribution, or cyberattacks
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Interference with system operations or other users

CareSi reserves the right to remove users who violate these terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareSi, its owners, team members, and any associated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your misuse of the waiting list
• Your infringement of intellectual property rights
• Any legal action you initiate against CareSi or third parties

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with CareSi, you agree to attempt resolution through good faith communication first. Please contact us at dilukshan.mailing@gmail.com with details of your concern. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 14 days, either party may pursue legal action in accordance with Section 11 (Governing Law).

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CareSi regarding your use of the waiting list. Any prior agreements, negotiations, or understandings are superseded by these terms.
